Conditions of Use

Select Systems International is an e-commerce store specialising in the creation and distribution of digital content (software programs also referred to as “plugins” and “themes”). This digital content is sold to clients (companies and/or individuals) who agree to this Conditions of Use.

•  All content created and sold is protected by copyright laws, legal action will be taken against the illegal use and/or distribution of this content.
• Clients should carefully study the description of the content to ensure it is suitable for their purpose. Select Systems International will not accept any responsibility for incorrect purchases.
• Only content with the option of “source code included” will be sold with the source code of the contents.
• Where any content is purchased and is found to have technical problems then Select Systems International will provide support to ensure the content works as per the description detailed, any other customisation to the content will require additional support.

Returns and Refunds 

Where a digital content item you have purchased is found to be not functional a refund maybe issued. The refund amount is the invoiced amount less the Transaction fee. Returned to the credit card from which the payment was made.
